Wynford Emanuel : Associate

Wynford Emanuel


Wynford works alongside WEPR as an Associate and is a very experienced public relations professional. During his 30-year career he has worked as a journalist and in PR for several large organisations in the public and private sectors. He was PR manager for energy company SWALEC and multi-utility Hyder plc, and has great experience of working on major and controversial infrastructure developments, and is a Welsh speaker.
Elizabeth Warwick : Director

Elizabeth Warwick


Elizabeth is a Director of WEPR and is an experienced public relations practitioner with strong management skills. Past experience includes working as media relations manager for multi-utility Hyder plc, where she managed the communications function for Welsh Water’s PR and its PFI-focused investment business. She also has experience of corporate and financial PR and managing crises and developing crisis management plans.
Nicola Jenkins : Director

Nicola Jenkins


Nicola is a marketing graduate of Bristol Business School.  She has worked on and directed various campaigns for the Welsh Government, and numerous large companies. Nicola is a former ‘Wales Young Communicator of the Year’ by the Chartered Institute. Before joining Warwick Emanuel, Nicola worked in the UK headquarters of Compaq Computer Ltd and in a consultancy serving consumer brands.
Reece Emmitt : Senior Account Manager

Reece Emmitt

Senior Account Manager

Reece hails from north Wales and has a BSc degree in modern history and politics from Cardiff University. He also holds an MA in Political Communication. Originally trained as a teacher, Reece switched to PR and joined WEPR in 2010. He works on a number of accounts for very large clients in energy, utility and property sectors. He is very interested in politics, public affairs and the development of community consultation campaigns.
Carol Gough : Office Manager

Carol Gough

Office Manager

Carol has more than a decade’s experience in utility and energy sector support services. After a career in a senior position at a High Street bank, Carol moved into business administration at multi-utility Hyder plc, working first as Departmental Secretary for Corporate Communications and then as a PA to the Director of Operations. She later had a key role in Welsh Water’s high level complaints’ management team before joining WEPR in 2003. Carol is WEPR’s office manager, overseeing and managing all financial and administrative processes.
